Dedicated to the needs of portfolio managers, traders and compliance officers, this system offers powerful portfolio modeling/order generation, electronic trading and compliance.

You will provide Support via Phone and Email to Vendors for a Trade Order Management Product. In order to be proficient in this position you must have experience supporting Software Products or Software Applications. You must be able to diagnose and evaluate issues quickly and work to solve them in a swift manner. You must be confident and articulate in your abilities to work under pressure. This is a challenging but rewarding role; if you are a problem solver and like to dig in to analyze, diagnose and resolve issues using your technical and product knowledge… this is the opportunity for you!

Working within team of Product Support Engineers, you will support ASP Application for a Trade Order Management System. You will have to dig into SQL Code to find answers and solutions to issues… this is a Microsoft Shop. Excellent growth opportunity… start off in Support… grow from there into many different areas of the company. Excellent training for this position but you must have solid SQL to offer in return.

1-2 years of Basic SQL Programming

2 years of Product/Application Support

BS or BA Degree Preferred
