Financial Domain Practice Director

Paragon Solutions is currently looking to add a Financial domain Practice Director to build new and drive existing Brokerage/ Investment Banking business/ technology solutions to market. These solutions should target some aspect of information integration, workflow, straight thru processing, etc. This includes: solution development based on current industry pains, working with Paragon's Solution Sales organization selling these solutions at the appropriate price and working with Delivery in delivering high quality engagements at the appropriate margins; developing overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and the Practice as a whole; developing and executing on growth strategies for the practice in the local area (NY/ NJ/ PA, CT). The right person for this role will possess strategist type capabilities (to be involved in assessing client environments and contribute to preparing roadmaps to better there "world"), a passionate idea to build and launch a solution offering around (a must!), an entrepreneurial flair, strong industry business knowledge and credibility (to hopefully be viewed by clients as a "trusted advisor"), solid team player who would welcome the chance to work with a very close knit and professional organization.
