Financial Services Business Analyst

CIBER Inc.’s Boston office has an immediate opening for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with solid experience in the Investment Management industry. A strong business focus, familiarity with investment processes and terminology, a desire to interact with business clients, and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Securities Lending and Corporate Actions makes an ideal candidate. Responsibilities Gathering business requirements, developing requirements documents, and creating specifications. Working with business partners, Vendors and other team members to understand requirements in order to formulate effective platform Architecture & System Design. Lead other team members in project and act as liaison between project manager and vendor, architecture team and analysts. Work with the Project Manager and other team members to develop high quality system solutions for business partners that meet project deadlines.
