GIS & Geography Specialist

ENERCON’s Oklahoma City, OK office has an opening for a Geographic Information (GIS) Specialist  to serve client environmental needs by planning, organizing, and performing consulting services related to GIS.

 

Duties:

·  Perform demographic research and analysis

·  Perform socioeconomic research and analysis

·  Perform various cartographic duties  

·  Manipulate data in a raster and vector-based geospatial environment

 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Geography or related field.

·  Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS 9.x

·  Strong writing and oral presentation skills

·  Prior GIS job experience a plus

·  Occasional field work and travel, approximately 10%

·  Safe driving record
