As a member of the ProCurve Networking Global Sales Optimization team reporting into the Global Sales Opitimization Manager, this role is part of a team of S&M professionals responsible for providing world-class expertise in all aspects of global business development to optimize sales force automation. In this role, the Global Account Deal Project Manager works closely with sales force in the regions and with worldwide cross functional teams to ensure sales force optimization and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for the successful deployment and overall post –sales project management on all ProCurve Networking global deals. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the successful deployment and overall post-sales project management for the duration of the account project lifecycle working in concert with assigned post-sales resources. Work in tandem with Global Business Operations Manager (GBOM) on new global opportunities and serve as backup global resource when required. Work with the Global Sales Operations Manager and within the overall ProCurve business objectives to establish the scoping, required elements and support for each opportunity. Create, submit and review estimated time investment, resource requirements and inhibitors per opportunity. Work with key Regional and Global supply chain, regulatory, services, HP BU’s and channel partners as required to ensure timely, accurate project segment completions to maintain highest customer satisfaction levels. Manage supporting resources to customer requirements and time lines. Create and maintain professional project management template/work plan using this to provide regular weekly or bi-weekly status reporting to all supporting team members and GBOM. Field and manage those escalations that may surface during any given account deployment. Ensure consistency in format, methodology and approach across all projects globally. Ensure consistent and regular communications to all deployment stakeholders across Regions – written, as well as regular team calls as required. Escalate project team resource needs or customer escalations that may surface across Regions as required. Work to ensure ongoing success of Latin American project deployments where ProCurve does not currently sell or support products. Formalized backup for GBOM global pursuit activities Formalized backup for Global Sales Support Process.We want to hear from you if you can demonstrate aptitude for and/or evidence of: Qualifications B.A. Degree and/or equivalent work experience, plus formalized project management experience and proven success record, supporting complex global post sales implementations. Essential that you have a deep understanding of and ability to work through complex global deployment requirements to successful plan. This is not a role for someone with no global deal management experience. Ability to work multiple and varied projects using strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to translate complex concepts to simple. Ability to work across multiple cultures.
