The assignment will require the ability to identify program needs, and to define and evolve the associated procedures. In addition, this person will be required to effectively manage the PMO team in the ongoing support for the program.Responsibilities include: Establish and evolve the policies and procedures to support the following: Program Plan, Change Control, Issues Management, Risk Mitigation, Status Reporting, Financial Management Establish and evolve a team that is effective at supporting the PMO functions Support Program Management; Respond to various ad hoc requests that arise during project development. Anticipate and communicate information needed by Management PMP certified a plus Experience with large Global ERP a plus Masters Degree a plus Position is on-site in Troy, MI and requires some travel. 6+yearsGlobal Project Management leading a team of Delivery Leads and Program and Project Managers. 5+ yearsin all phases of the development cycle.
