In this role you will be working closely with other corporate teams to improve the solution value and experience for the internal/external customer  Principle Accountibilities:   This positions responsibilities include (but not limitid to):   Review and improvement of business processes in close cooperation with the business. Project management of improvement activities & support projects. Training and coordinating support colleagues world wide for the area of expertise. Collaboration with other IT and business teams to ensure support requirements are addressed. Problem management including Bug fixing and cooperation with the development team and/or vendor. Collaboration with other IT and business teams to ensure support requirements are addressed. Analysis of new requirements, writing the specification, testing and documentation. Analysis and Identification of program errors including writing specification and define validation tests.
