As a Global Total Rewards Director, based at any Tectura location or out of your own home office and traveling 35%, your primary goal will be to create and direct the delivery of Total Rewards and HRIS services. Your global total rewards experience, coupled with your knowledge of compensation and incentive best practices, will enable you to hit the ground running. Strong communication skills will not only enable you interact with a wide variety of internal and external partners, but also ensure that you function effectively within a matrix environment. The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives will serve you well, while experience working in the technology services industry will set you apart from your peers.
