Our client is looking for a full time candidate to work with a development team to redesign an existing Business to Business web site that’s currently used by its dealers and fleet managers.  The objective of this three year project is to come up with an interface design that will ultimately be used by its commercial, consumer and off the road divisions. Immediate goals are to incorporate marketing and new technologies like RSS and widget tools to enhance the existing content, while making this dynamic site both intuitive and user friendly.

This candidate must have the ability to think big picture, be a problem-solver with a good eye for design and detail, while exercising the ability to conform and take direction based on corporate standards. Experience from the customer side of the web and business knowledge will be a plus. Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax and WebSphere development tools are a plus but experience with a web tool such as Dreamweaver is acceptable as long as not limited to and a strong understanding of how to navigate around code exists. Must know Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Flash is also a plus.
