HR Analyst

The HR Analyst will support HR Services projects and initiatives as assigned in the areas of HR systems, process improvements, control measures and HR reporting. Project work typically encompasses the following:
-The development, monitoring, and improvement of existing HR procedures and practices including implementation of adobe forms and myTeam.
-Communicate and train on processes that have changed and approved by key stakeholders.
-The identification of key implementation issues and working with IS&T, Bechtel's Global Business Units and HR Operations to determine best solutions.
-Working with the Bechtel Business Services HR Supervisors to identify, prepare and manage
communications relating to the processes including the development and reporting of appropriate metrics.
-The development of the business case for projects or initiatives that includes the ROI analysis and other aspects that identify improvements whose significance is not just cost, i.e. data integrity, and better customer service.
-Monitoring and keeping current on the security requirements for HR data and systems use.

Candidate must posses the ability to effectively handle confidential issues and provide leadership to a designated team. Must also have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude and maintain composure under stress. The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team with flexibility and the ability to respond to changing priorities.
