HR Operations Intern

We are looking for an Intern to join our Global Human Resources Operations Team working on Outsourced HR Initiatives. Responsibilities will include interacting with a Global HR Team to understand business issues and work with our partners to determine the most efficient solutions. You will be engaged in analyzing business processes and design solutions on various disciplines of HR through our service delivery models. Specific focus will be on our Recruitment Process Outsourcing. You will be responsible for following through on tactical initiatives as well as monitoring and enhancing existing processes. As an Intern, you will have an exciting learning opportunity to interact with our HR Leaders in Transforming HR, while having the ability to set your own mark.Candidates should posses strong planning and organizational skills with a solid working knowledge of common applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project, VISIO and MS Sharepoint are preferred. You should have strong communication and business skills to communicate effectively to both technical and business team members. Your strong process orientation and development skills coupled with the ability to work with employees, managers, partners both locally and remotely will be critical in this learning opportunity.Strong candidates will be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Computer Information Systems or a related field of study. Experience in an HR Organization preferred.
