The successful candidate will:

 

·  Manage the basic program work in accordance with the terms of the contract.

·  Will serve as the primary point of contact with appropriate Government personnel on technical and administrative matters.

·  Responsible for selection, promotion, awards, training, separation, disciplinary actions, and day to day operation and management of the program.

·  Responsible for general work assignments, staff utilization, productivity and compliance with the terms of the contract, task orders, and task assignments.

·  Responsible for submitting reports in accordance with the terms of the contract and Task Order.

 

Requirements:

 

·  Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.

·  Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

·  Ten (10) years Progressive experience in the IT field.

·  Five (5) years Management experience in efforts of similar size (75-100 IT contract)

·  Has worked with NASA contracts previously.

·  Excellent communication skills.

·  Currently lives and wants to continue to live in the Hampton Roads Area.

·  Previous experience as a Program Manager at Langley preferred.

·  Must be eligible for a US government security clearance.
