Sr. Helpdesk Engineer -Top Secret Cleared

 

Mindbank Consulting Group is looking for Senior Help Desk people to work for our Government client in Washington DC. This is a full time position with on going support to our client.

 

The Helpdesk Engineer will be working in a helpdesk environment, supporting end users and other customers. But, we need these people to be engineer or administrator type people. The remote issues will need to be resolved over the phone up to 3rd level support. Anything they can’t handle will need to be routed to the appropriate manager. 

This is not a boring helpdesk job.  There will always be issues to handle, hardware to build, other experiences to learn from. 

 

This person will also need to be able to: Break/fix computers and laptops and install the softwareBreak/fix a server right out the box and be able to connect it to the network.Break/fix Cisco Router, connect it and add software where needed – Big PlusTelephony experience would be a big plus, so is DMS experienceIdeas and suggestions to improve the networks efficiency are expected of these peopleWe need free thinkers and problem solvers.  There are no scripts to follow here to solve issuesWindows and Cisco certifications are a big plus
