This individual will lead day to day operations of the Information Technology Help Desk for a healthcare company in Buffalo, NY.

Requirements:Associate degree in a related field preferred1-3 years Help Desk experience a plusDesktop support of Windows 2000 and Windows XPTechnical support of Office 2000 and Office XPWindows 2003 Administration A+, or other industry certifications a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent customer service skills a mustExcellent team building skills

Responsibilities:Track, log and follow up on all Help Desk callsPrioritize Help Desk calls and assign to best resourcesTrack system wide problems and communicate statusManage internal and external technical resources to facilitate repairsPC Hardware setup, installation and troubleshootingDevelopment of Help Desk Process improvementsSet up AV equipment for presentationsOpportunities for IT project management Some local travel requiredOn call rotation with the IT Department
