Help Desk - Customer support- VOIP/MPLS Level 1 and 2

Looking for Two full time Customer support  technicians with the following skills. Project will be for a minimum of Two years with the Federal government unit in Downtown Chicago.

Requirements for MPLSVOIP Customer Support Engineers:

* 4-6 years experience in VOIP/MPLS/IVR/ACD system environment

* 3-5 years of broadly based, progressive experience with medium/large scale IPT implementations and support

* Provide Levels 1 and 2 support for MPLS upgrade project

* Provide Levels 1 and 2 support of the Client IPT

* VOIP subject matter expert who will be able to provide knowledge transfer to the Customer Support Division

* Project Management experience
