Help Desk Support Technician

The ideal candidate will have completed formal Helpdesk/Desktop support training from an accredited institution. One year of Helpdesk or Tier 1 support experience is a plus as well as support of Windows XP, MS Office, Outlook and hardware support.  The ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and ability to function as part of the IS team are vital. Good communication skills are also a must.
