Help this company be a leader in the Real Estate industry by acting as the Help Desk Tech 1 who resolves computer user concerns; determines source of concern or error; teaches user; resolves problems; improves programs; improves operating references and tests new software.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

100% phone support.
Minimum 1 year experience on a help desk or call center.
Working knowledge of Windows NT, 98, 2000 and XP.
Working knowledge of Internet and general pc maintenance.
Customer Focused--Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, and handles complaints in a professional manner.
Needs minimal supervision.
Works well in less structured environments.
Total call ownership for incoming technical support and customer service calls to the Help Desk.
Enter call data for each inbound and/or outbound call in our call tracking system, HEAT.
Responsible for identifying trends and/or issues and alerting others on the desk when appropriate.
Participate in intra-web page documentation and knowledge database content.
Assist walk-in customers when necessary.
