Candidates must have a least one year telephone help desk experience (750+ user environment) in the hardware and software support of MS Office, Exchange, MS operating systems (9x, 2k, NT), Citrix network operating system as well as LAN/WAN and Internet related issues.  Because the help desk provides support nation-wide, the hours of operation are 7 Am to 7 PM; 5 days a week. Additional requirements include excellent telephone communication skills; ability to quickly and efficiently resolve problems; and ability to swiftly learn custom software products.
