Helpdesk Opportunity- 2nd Shift Long Term Contract

Modis has been tasked by one of their most respected clients to identify the following due to growth.  Located in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, our client needs on Customer Service Support Analyst.  Must be willing to work 2nd shift Monday through Friday. Requirements: · At least 1 year of 100% phone helpdesk experience·Graduate of an IT training school or university·Professional and outstanding communication skills required· Excellent customer service skills· Strong troubleshooting skills· Experience with trouble ticket tracking softwareThis position is intended to a long term contract till the end of 2008.  Hourly rates will be based on experience.
