Helpdesk Support Analyst

Apex Systems is currently seekly Helpdesk Analysts for a Right To Hire contract with a client in the St. Louis area. 

Three years experience in hardware and software support. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product line, including Office and Windows XP is required, as well as Windows operating system. Must have an intermediate knowledge of networking components, Active Directory, Ethernet topology and TCP/IP, Blackberry support, wireless technology, router configuration/troubleshooting, and remote troubleshooting capabilities. Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills are a must. Experience supporting Macintosh workstations and Spanish language skills are a plus. Minimum of an Associates Degree (or equivalent) in IS or related field is desired; 4-year degree preferred. Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to work flexible hours (between 6 AM and 6 PM CT).
