Help Desk TechnicianQualifications:Requires 1-4 years experience in all aspects of tier I desktop support1-4 years experience with Windows XP/Vista and MacintoshMust have excellent analytical and problem solving skillsExperience working with imaging softwareExperience working with desktop management suites, such as LANDesk, SMS, Marimba, etc.Extensive knowledge of PC and Laptop hardwareExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Access and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be self-motivated and be able to work alone with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
