This position is currently available in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Washington, DC (Northern VA) or any other centrally located U.S. city if available to travel.

You will be responsible for leading the consulting process including assessment, design, implementation and sustained operation of ITSM transformations of Fortune 500 organizations.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have significant implementation experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL® with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate applied knowledge covering the ITIL® service management lifecycle.
Specific experience with two or more of the following is a must: Business Continuity Management Availability Management Financial Management Configuration Management Change Management Incident Management Problem Management Release Management Capacity Management Service Level ManagementKnowledge Management Relationship ManagementSecurity ManagementService Desk
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of process and extensive project management experienceCandidates also need experience utilizing a project management approach to implement ITIL® Service Management initiatives on large-scale IT Infrastructure projectsCandidates must demonstrate impressive written and verbal communication skillsAdditional experience with BCP/DR and Security Management is a plusSEI-authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser is a plusExperience in IT process automation is desirable A four-year degree is preferred
CERTIFICATIONSAn ITIL Master Certification or ITIL Practitioner Certification is required; however, candidates with an ITIL Foundation Certification and significant ITIL implementation experience will also be considered A PMP Certification is also preferred CISA and Six Sigma Certifications are a plus Secret Clearance is a plus
