Make recommendations to department management based on analysis and trends that would lead company initiatives and programs for the recruitment department. Analyze and compare past data to make recommendations. Create, prepare and present various reports to upper management and department on recruitment data, trends, and results. Work with IT and other departments on developing and enhancing reports from the various recruitment databases. Develop exception based reports to identify opportunities for improvement in key recruitment areas. Provide IT support to recruitment and store operations on department databases. Administer and maintain the Employee Referrals for the company.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Math or other technical degree preferred; self starter with proven ability to function independently; strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and great attention to detail required; excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Databases (Oracle, Access, AS/400 and Excel (formulas, macros,etc)); SAS experience a plus. Experience with Recruitment Metrics highly desired, experience with predictive modeling a plus. Must be able to prioritize several projects concurrently. Ability to acquire and organize data, deliver analysis and identify major findings.
