Human Resources Intern - IRC6935

GXS is looking for a Summer Intern to join our dynamic, headquarters-based HR team. The Summer Intern will be part of our US Recruiting team and will gain experience in: posting jobs, generating offer letters, applicant flow, background and reference checks, internet sourcing, and spreadsheets and reporting. The Summer Intern will also help to administer the GXS summer intern program, and provide some general administrative support for the department.

 

Required Skills:

 

Student studying for either Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business. Master’s Degree candidates preferred.

Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi task.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Interested in a future career in Human Resources.
