Job Title:  Human Resources/Marketing Administrator

Location:  Media, PA

Responsibilities will include the following:

 

Human ResourcesDeveloping and maintaining corporate policies in accordance with lawsDevelop company handbook.  Maintain/modify as corporate structure grows/changesEnsure our compliance with labor requirements and corporate policyCoordinate the recruiting process and work with various employment recruiting entities; online job posting services, local recruiting agencies, universitiesManage new hire process, i.e. applications, background checks, benefitsManage review process for employees, projects and client feedback

 

MarketingOrganize/build case studies to improve our marketing packagesCoordinate booths for conferences and trade showsSend letters and marketing materials to clients and prospectsCoordinate the quarterly newsletter.  Solicit articles from our consultants and create/send the e-format newsletter to clients

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum 2+ years experience in a Human Resources role within a mid-size to large corporate structure

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and requirements for mid-size corporations

Knowledge of worker’s compensation, COBRA, benefits administration, and hiring processes

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
