Job Category:Programmer Analyst Principal Leader Primary Location:USA-PA: PENNSYLVANIA-PHILADELPHIASchedule:Full-time Job Type:Regular Employee Status:Regular Yes, 75 % of the Time Job Posting: 02/26/2008Description:Provide configuration and development support for Hyperion suite of products: Write, debug, and enhance various calculation scripts and business rules Assist in the analysis, design, and development of new reports as required Enhance and support web based data entry forms within Hyperion Planning Maintain outline, metadata, and member formulas as business requirements change. Responsible for issue identification, incident resolution and reporting, coordinating with clients technical resources and Hyperion support when necessary. Assist with system upgrades and acceptance testing of new software releases. Test and document all configuration changes before migration to production environment. Develop and deliver end user training courses. Perform daily administration functions during the budget and forecast processes. Support management reporting. Utilize query tools to analyze and reconcile data and to produce ad hoc reports. Maintain end-user accounts and permissions. Maintain and assist in development of existing Hyperion Planning and integration activities with the HFM application. Work with Data Mart and PEEP Administrators to support/develop data interfaces between PEEP Data Mart and Planning. Provide issue trend tracking and analysis and make recommendations for improvement. Participate in Hyperion sponsored user groups to help prioritize development requests to enhance the product, to share knowledge across industry partners and to develop and implement best practices. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers. B.S. degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
