You'll be managing one or more HR functions or business operations, implementing process change programs. In short, you'll be reinventing hr in compensation, training, diversity, or recruitment, staffing, general supports, programs, functions or IT. The list is long and endlessly challenging...establishing functional business plans, and preparing the way for the development and alignment of HR people, products, programs and services. A degree or equivalent diploma in Instructional Design, or a related field of study 5 plus years of relevant experience in the following areas preferred Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a global environment Sales and marketing experience, a plus Proven consulting experience and knowledge Knowledge of IPG and/or PSG business, a plus  Proven experience in managing forecast and budget Strong project and/or program management experience Exceptional people skills Excellent communication skills Pragmatism and business awareness Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention © 2007 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
