And that's not all... to learn more visit our website at www.stericycle.com today!We are currently seeking an IS User Support Associate to provide in-depth phone technical support on a wide range of technologies such as desktop computing and client applications, telecommunications, and data networking for Stericycle end-users. Resolves assigned support call records within agreed upon service levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose, test, resolve, and communicate complex technical issues in response to end-user support calls. Follows up on open, unresolved support requests. Follows up with end-users after problem resolution to ensure no further problems are experienced. Documents call resolution in support call tracking database. Attends and contributes to weekly team meetings to review outstanding issues, support trends, and upcoming projects. Performs other related duties as required or requested.
