ISO Sales Rep D

Telecommunications customer representative on the Alcatel-Lucent account team. Primary duties include Datacenter/IT sales as part of the Alcatel-Lucent team. This position requires excellence in executive level selling, but with a strong foundation is Sun's areas of core strength. The strategic nature of this particular role demands an individual with extensive experience developing high-level sales campaigns aimed at influencing the CXO level of an organization. The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing technology adoption strategies in some or all of the following areas: -datacenter/application consolidation -storage consolidation -Identity mgmt/Access mgmt -developer support -SAP/ERP -disaster recovery -mainframe rehosting Teaming with entire extended ALU account team. Global sales activity. Background in telecommunications technologies Account planning Positioning consulting services; including integration, porting, software dev. Positioning support services; including global support programs International sales coordination Office automation tools Email Spreadsheet and Presentation skillsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Executive-level IT sales experience; Ability to successfully position Sun at the VP/CXO levels within Lucent. Extensive knowledge of positioning complete datacenter solutions. Internal teaming and leadership abilities. This role will be part of a sub-team focusing exclusively on the ALU IT organization. The successful candidate will be self-directed, strategic, and will be able to lead team mates who are not direct-reports. Teaming with customer and key, exclusive partner.
