Job Description:

ISP Services Technical Support Help Desk Staff.

Provide technical troubleshooting and customer service to ISP users. Items include

TCPIP troubleshooting, Windows support, (wireless) router debugging, Voice over IP support, PC support, network infrastructure monitoring and events response and more. 

 

Multiple shifts available.  Full time positions only.

 

** Please indicate your desired position & shift(s) **

 

ISP Tech Support  Weekend shift 1 (4 days per week)   Full time Position

Thursday, Friday:  5 PM to 1 AM 

Saturday, Sunday: 12PM to 12AM

 

ISP Tech Support  Weekend shift 2 (4 days per week) Full time Position

Saturday, Sunday: 12AM to 12PM

Monday, Tuesday:  5 PM to 1 AM 

 

ISP Tech Support  Night shift 2 (5 days per week)   Full time Position

Mondays - Fridays: 5PM to 1AM

 

ISP Tech Support  Night shift 3 (5 days per week)   Full time Position

Mondays - Fridays:   12AM to 8AM

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide ISP account and technical support

- Network monitoring and events responses

- Periodic On call duties

- Other responsibilities as assigned by management

 

Qualifications:

- MUST be willing to work in the specified shifts

- Excellent phone and communication skills to assist non-technical client base

- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with others.

- Basic knowledge of IP, Windows/Mac OS, desktop applications

- Minimum one year of experience in IT support or service department required (previous

Help Desk / Call Center experience preferred)

- BS/BA degree in Computer Science/MIS a plus
