Job Category:Proposal Manager Primary Location:USA-MI: MICHIGAN-TROYSchedule:Full-time Job Type:Regular Employee Status:Regular Yes, 25 % of the Time Job Posting: 05/02/2008Description:Working with the CSC account team in developing proposals, and assisting with the development of the end-to-end proposal process Assist client with pre-RFQ activities, aligning client needs with CSC's proposal response teams Manage all aspects of proposal development, including establishing win themes, response strategy meetings, proposal team staffing, proposal response timeline, proposal / cost model / executive briefing development, facilitating reviews, and delivery to the client. Drive all proposals to speak to the business value of the services while achieving target margins Lead the transition of client-accepted proposals to the delivery teams Ability to manage through complexity to achieve results. Ability to lead through ambiguity, maturing ideas into initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships at all levels including senior management and across organizations Automotive industry experience strongly preferred. Ability to travel up to 25%, as required.
