IT Intern

GZA is seeking to fill a summer IT Intern position in our corporate office located in Norwood, MA.  This position will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and will assist the IT staff on a number of ongoing projects.  This position requires someone meticulous, independent, and resourceful.  The potential exists that this position, for the right candidate, will become a full-time position in September, 2008.

Potential List of Responsibilities:Assist with updating content on GZA’s website Update and maintain inventory of IT print and copy hardwareCoordinate support with our outsourced service providersPerform analysis of current IT infrastructure monitoring software Assist with the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint-based Document Management SystemCreate documentation for using the Documentation Management System Assist with the voice and e-mail setup of mobile devices Provide hardware and software support for local users

Qualifications:Either Associates degree in Computer Science/MIS or working toward a BS degree 1 - 2 years experience preferably in Windows
