IT Change Manager (contract to hire in Portland)
The Change Manager is responsible for coordinating all IT changes to the infrastructure, ensuring that standardized methods, procedures and approvals are in place for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes, in order to minimize the impact of Change-related Incidents upon service quality, and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position is in direct alignment with the ITIL framework.

Configuration Manager (full time in Portland)
Manages the planning, development, and installation of network systems by evaluating current and future business requirements.
Ensures all software and hardware products are compatible with network integration.
Manages the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the organizations local area network system.
Directs and controls the activities of design, analysis, planning, and implementation of network components.
Oversees the development and evaluation of network performance criteria and measurement methods.

VP of Development (full time in Hillsboro)
Our client is a fabless developer who is seeking a top-notch Vice President of Development! The ideal candidate must have a well-established EDA background with demonstrated experience in a company involved in FPGA or FPOA (Field Programmable Gate and Optical Arrays). 

IT Manager (full time in Tualatin)
Develop and manage an IT organization to:
Assure hardware, network and business systems perform in a robust, cost effective manner.
Respond to client and internal requests for reports and information and analysis.
Set up new clients.
Assist employees with their hardware, network and application needs including problem-solving, training and addressing changing requirements.
Deep understanding of and implementation experience with quality systems (ISO 9001:2000)

PeopleSoft Accounts Payable Manager (full time in Portland)
Oversee the interface between accounts payable and finance systems to ensure accurate amounts are recorded in accounts payable; develop and maintain procedures for balancing, analyzing and reporting accounts payable activities. Duties relating to IT would include systems error documentation, trouble shooting and error identification, system software modification and enhancement requests, new release testing, testing software fixes, role assignments, training, maintenance of system data tables.
