60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Contact: Jon Egbert Email: Apply by Email Website: www.synerfac.com IT Manager Primary responsibilities include: • Maintains our client's IT infrastructure, including providing support for the following operating systems, software and supporting hardware:  Windows 2003 Server OS Active Directory and Windows Domain Services in a networked environment Windows XP Professional MS Office 2003 Sun Solaris CentOS Linux Terminal Services/Citrix Internet Information Server Share Point Portal Server SQL Server Email/Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Software Update Server Network Security Server Backup and Disaster Recovery Printer, Scanner and Fax Management Phone system (Voice Over IP) and Internet connectivity Manage Time Tracking System (WebTimeSheet) • Provide help desk support to our client's staff and end users. REQUIREMENTS: • At least 5 years IT experience• At least 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is MANDATORY• Expertise in Sun Solaris, UNIX and Microsoft systems• Superior organizational and communication skills• Excellent attention to detail• BS or BA required.
