Administer IT asset tracking, both hardware assets and software licenses.BASIC FUNCTION: DUTIES: AUTHORITY1. Track and maintain electronic copies of AFE, Requisitions and Invoices I2. Provide written monthly reports on IT procurement activities I3. Conduct quarterly review of IT spending with the IT Directors I4. Maintain the monthly running budget versus actual I5. Assist in data entry for the budget process II6. Troubleshoot and follows up on invoices and AFE to resolution II7. Maintain service contracts and compare contract billing against invoices I8. Maintain and track the worldwide IT hardware and software inventory / licensing II9. Administer and track Phone Access Codes (acquisition, maintenance, terminations, audit) II10. Administer the procurement of IT equipment, logistics, shipping, ordering and tracking III11. Work on special projects as requested by management IIlQUALIFICATIONS:DEFINITION OF AUTHORITYAuthority I To act.Authority II To act but inform the person to whom he reports to and other interested parties.Authority III To consult before acting.EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in an administrative role.SKILLS: Working knowledge of IT processes and procedures Knowledge of billing and invoice tracking purchasing a plus. Working knowledge of MS Office suite of productsSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with management, team members and end users. Proven teamwork abilities as well as the ability to work independently while ensuring effective communication to all teams involved. Must be organized, detail oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills.
