IT Project Manager

We are looking for someone who has a solid IT background and in addition also has at least 7 years of PM experience. This person would have to hit the ground immediately managing an ERP implementation with frequent travel for at least the first 4-6 months. Experience in a manufacturing environment will aid in being successful in this position. Project Manager (PM) (7+ years)1. Directs and monitors all activities for small to medium size systems development projects (assignments may be part of a larger project underway).2. Performs system definitions, preliminary analysis and design.3. Meets with business management to determine systems solutions to operating problems.4. Develops project plans on the basis of cost/benefit justification and establishes a project agreement based on requirement, risk and complexity of potential solutions.5. Evaluates completed projects in comparison to cost/time projections.6. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project update and ongoing cost analysis.7. Ensures effective implementation and installation of systems utilizing standard change management processes.
