Omni Resources, Inc. is a privately held, woman owned, information technology consulting firm incorporated in Milwaukee, WI in 1984.  We specialize in advanced technology consulting and offer both on-site staff augmentation and total project solutions.  Our business model also supports direct placement and contract-to-hire arrangements with our clients.  We are adding a Recruiter to our team in Brookfield, WI to become a key member of our internal staff. 

Responsibilities:

The position entails full life cycle recruiting of IT professionals including sourcing, qualification, general interviewing, negotiation and resume quality control. Develop a qualified candidate pool from multiple sources including: relationship building with current IT consultants, direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, websites, job boards, referrals, job fairs, advertising, third party partners, networking, etc.  In addition, assist in the on boarding process which may include orientation, contracts, reference checks and background checks.  This individual will also be responsible for updating our back office ATS with candidate information.

This opportunity is a full time position base salary plus commission.  Hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are seeking an experienced, outgoing individual with superior communication skills to grow with our organization.
