IT Recruiter

Alliance Consulting has a proven track record working with many Pharmaceutical clients to successfully deploy mission critical applications. Our Pharmaceutical Practice, based in Bridgewater NJ, has extensive understanding of the Sales & Marketing Operations, Managed Care Organizations, R&D processes, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain areas within large pharmaceutical firms. Alliance is currently delivering services to 7 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical firms.

We are currently seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
** Work independently to identify, screen and qualify potential technical consultants for Staff Augmentation and Full-Time hiring needs.
** Develop lasting relationships with consultants for networking.
** Document and maintain database (C-PAS) for all candidates
** Support and foster relationships with existing Alliance consultants
** Provide Account Manager with consultant leads for submission to client
** Work effectively in order to meet predetermined revenue goals
** Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality
** Perform other job-related duties as required
** On occasion, perform sales role for Preferred Vendor Programs; including candidate submission, interview scheduling, and negotiating deal
** Understand Alliance services and proactively build relationships with profile candidates

** Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, and consultants
** Strong written and verbal communication skills
** Ability to exercise discretion, work independently, handle multiple priorities and solve problems
** Strong planning and organizational skills
** Solid networking capabilities
** Broad IT technical understanding

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
** Microsoft Office: Excel, Word

Education and Experience Required:
** Bachelor's Degree preferred
** 3-5 years IT recruiting experience preferred
** Extensive knowledge of the IT market in applicable geographical market
