IT Sales Manager

We offer and provide a wide range of IT solutions tailored to our Offshore Development Center located in Europe.

We are looking for an aggressive and result oriented IT Sales professional specialized in Manufacturing IT staffing, S/W service sales, business development, and account management.

Job Description:
The IT Sales Manager will develop market strategies, identify target opportunities and intimately close deals. He/She will execute sales and business development activities. These are field positions that focus on generating new revenue opportunities as well creating relationships that will facilitate new efficiencies in sales and growth.

Responsibilities of IT Sales Manager:

** Generate Software sales leads.
** Meet and exceed company's Sales targets.
** Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
** Develop relationships and grow them into clients.
** Partner with internal/external resources throughout the sales cycle as needed.
** Consistently provide innovative and creative selling solutions to start-ups/fortune 500 companies.
** A minimum of five years experience selling IT consulting services for a solutions driven organization
** Proven success in achieving annual sales target.
** An exceedingly strong technical person that has Business Development experience in Manufacturing IT services area.
** Demonstrated understanding of or past experience selling solutions focused in SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Data warehouse,Java/J2EE,.NET technologies is strongly preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in the IT Sales Manager position you must have the proven ability to identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business for CIMAC. You will need to be able to develop an extensive network of contacts and/or relationships to generate new leads and manage pipelines. Must be able to research and develop an in-depth understanding of your territory, while being able to plan strategically.
IT Sales Manager must have at least 5 to 8 years of solid business to business S/W service sales experience in a fast-paced environment, a proven track record of success in sales and extensive cold-calling / prospecting experience. Strong consultative selling skills are required to gain in-depth understanding in the industry to provide solutions and build relationships with C-Level executives. This position is a pure business development sales position and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong follow-up skills and solid relationship management skills.
