Escalate unresolvable issues to Tier 2 support.Remedy ticketing system knowledge helpfulDescription:Service Desk/ NOC Support Specialist. Provide Tier 1 phone support to XM business customers for outage specific issues. Engage Tier 2 support until resolved. Escalate as appropriate. Communicate Resolution to stakeholders.Tasks:1) Generate daily reports2) Provide Tier 1 phone support for outage incidents only3) Escalate to Tier 24) Open conference bridge and coordinate until resolved.5) Send out executive communication status updates at various intervals until resolved.
