IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist with in-depth Active Directory, Windows Server and Workstation skills to manage our small and medium size business clients’ networks and all end-user support operations.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 Administering Windows Server and Active Directory networks.Supporting Messaging system.Maintaining service levels as defined by management, including disaster recovery preparedness (ant-virus, backups, budgeting, etc.).Taking an advisory role in overall IT infrastructure design and implementation.Troubleshooting and providing all end user support functions in cross platform environments.Troubleshooting multi-site networks, including remote and handheld connectivity to mobile users.

 

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as an IT support engineer.BS, MCSE or equivalent experience.Background of PC hardware and applications installations.Administration and installation of MS Windows XP.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 products, antivirus enterprise solutions, backup platforms, routing and firewalls.MS Exchange 2003 and 2007 (plus) administration.Ability to plan, organize, problem-solve & make decisions independently.Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.Travel to Multiple network locations.
