If you have world-class talent, global vision, and a desire for positive challenges and are interested in joining a dynamic team of professionals, consider Flextronics.   Purpose:   The IT Staff Business Systems Analyst for Benefits will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient.   Principle Accountabilities:   The IT Staff Business Systems Analyst for Benefits, will be responsible for: Providing application configuration for Health Plans, FSA Plans, Insurance Plans, Eligibility Rules, Work & Life Events Rules, and automated integration to Benefit Providers. Setting up and supporting application for HIPPA, Open Enrollment, Change of Status, and New Hire Enrollment Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Providing business analysis and requirements gathering skills with proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems. Requirements:   Bachelors degree with 5-7 years experience in designing, building, and implementing HRIS Applications Deep business process knowledge of Benefits administration Two complete, full life-cycle global HCM ERP application implementations Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience with creating functional design and integration specifications and working with technical resources (preferably in off-shore capacity) Experience with preparation and leading system, integration and user acceptance testing Experience in creating training materials and training delivery Ability to analyze business requirement and provide solutions Knowledge of enterprise integrations using web services, SOA, XML, desirable Technical experience in design, development, and implementation of web based IT Applications. Business process knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll/Time Integration desirable. Experience with multinational features and requirements.
