IT Staffing Business Development Sales Executive (Can work remotely)

As a result of our continued success, OAO Technology Solutions is growing and looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for the expansion of OAOT's Staffing Services to new and existing clients in Arizona.

 

This is a ground floor sales opportunity for an aggressive sales professional to work with established clientele and to develop new business by conducting full cycle sales for our professional staffing services division. The BDE is responsible for working closely with the Operational Delivery Teams, Sales and Marketing Teams and Corporate Support Teams to generate, identify, qualify, close and finally contract for the sale of OAOT's services.
Position can be performed remotely.

 

Essential Role and Responsibilities:Develop, cross-sell all business lines and close new opportunities for OAOT's Professional Staffing Solutions Portfolio which includes: Contingent Human Capital Management; Recruiting Process Outsourcing; Web-based Human Capital Technology; Managed Services in the Company's target market. Create executive relationships at existing and prospective new accounts such that the client understands values and purchases OAOT services. Candidate must have a proven track record of success in exceeding on target revenues. Anticipate client/market needs and formulate solutions and offerings such that you are viewed as a proactive partner and valuable to them in their respective business. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key community and strategic partners. Plays a key role in developing and executing strategic direction of the Global client relationship. Develop and maintain account plans for your territory that articulates how you will achieve your stated goals. Execute the OAOT professional staffing sales process from lead generation, qualification through contract signing. Build a strong pipeline and provide accurate and timely reporting using the OAOT sales tool. Represent OAOT at industry events, conferences, trade shows and develop opportunities for OAOT to improve its brand recognition and market identity. Successful candidates will have established business relationships with industry affiliations and/or organizations. Achieve sales goals, budgets and forecasts for the plan period (quarterly and annually) to include total contract value (TCV), revenue, margin, cost of sales and other objectives assigned to the BDE.

Management Duties and Responsibilities:

Individual contributor, no direct staff to manage. Must be self motivated and self starter with excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:B.S. or B.A. in business administration, computer science or related fields and/or equivalent experience.  Past experience working as a remote employee (telecommuting) Successful candidate must have a 7+ years of demonstrated success in sales permanent/contract hire services. Greater value is attributed to candidates with verifiable track records in staffing service sales.  Must understand both the contract and permanent hire services business models as it relates to delivering IT solutions and services, staff augmentation, outsourcing services, facilities management, data center management and managed solutions.  Must be experienced in working independently.  Must have a strong professional network and build relationships with principal C-level audience; in the company's target market.  Needs to have well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills; proven team building abilities; excellent presentation skills; high energy level; demonstrated personal commitment to excellence; a strong will to win; an entrepreneurial spirit; an ability to work well under pressure and time constraints; a bottom-line attitude; high ethical standards and professional integrity; hands-on and resourceful approach.  Proven track record in sales with significant negotiation experience
