The successful incumbent will provide technical support to all internal users from both local and remote sites with regards to computers, connectivity, applications, telecommunications, office equipment, etc. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working under pressure within tight time frames.
Responsibilities include overall day-to-day operation and support of production information systems, including, but not limited to desktop computer hardware and software, printer hardware, telephone/fax systems, and audio/video/teleconference systems and equipment. Receives routine requests for technical assistance, prioritizes, follows up, and ultimately resolves all requests from users in a timely manner according to established service level agreements.
Requirements include 1+ years of hands-on experience with PC & LAN support in a Windows environment OR sufficient and substantial (12-18 months documented) technology experience and/or training. Industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) highly desirable. Expertise with standard end-user applications such as, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer. Excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills required.
