The IT Technical Analyst supports production applications to ensure our business continues operations.  This role works jointly with the Technical Business Analyst, and will review program requirements with the Technical Business Analyst and Key Users to clarify current business processes and program objectives.  This role is accountable for providing hands-on day-to-day support to the business as needed, including resolving trouble tickets and completing small enhancements on time and with high quality.  Create the program specifications and write programs required.  Develop plans, timelines, and goals for assigned or proposed tasks.

 

Knows and understands the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contributes the achievement of the quality objectives.

 

 

 

Critical Skills:

Technical:  Knowledge of network operating systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge with Visual Basic, .Net, and Microsoft SQL

Interpersonal:  Communication (verbal, written), listening

Organizational: Multi-tasking, prioritizing, time management, problem solving, organized

 

 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA degree in Function or equivalent

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. Able to travel as necessary.
