ITIL Process Manager

The person who is hired for this job will be working in a great environment with tons of room to grow personally and professionally.ITIL Process Manager with 7 + yrs of leadership experience in process improvement activities within a supply chain/manufacturing environment (preferably within a high technology or electronics environment)The correct candidate MUST have:- implementation of ITIL processes- defining industry best practices and common processes across sites- responsible for leading and implementing business process design or projects focused on identifying solutions to support business objectives- acts as a consultant and business analyst for management and operations management- interfaces with all functional areas including Finance, Program Management, Operations, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering- actively participates in defining and achieving strategic direction through decisions and actions.- be responsible for owning IT/ERP applications from a process improvement perspective (BAAN, WEBMETHODS, SAP)- work daily on fine tuning/implementing change and improvement processes- leader of change mgt initiatives- strong problem solving ability and effective communication skillsMaster Certification in ITIL is a STRONG PLUS!!!If your background meets these qualifications, please apply for this position and you will be contacted immediately for a phone screen.
