IDENTITY MANAGEMENT (Project Manager)

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing and implementing one or more of the following Identity and Access Management products including but not limited to: SUN Identity Manager, SUN Access Manager, Oracle OVD, OIM, OAM, IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), TIM, Web SEAL and/or  Sun ONE Directory Server ( LDAP ). In addition this person will have the ability to provide architecture, design and implementation expertise of Identity Management products on an enterprise scale. Tasks including building resource adapters, integrating role-based access control, single sign-on, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with the existing applications and systems. In addition, knowledge and hands- on expertise in supporting technologies like LDAP, Databases, networks, etc. and design, engineering, development and implementation knowledge of Single Sign On Solutions involving SAML / SPML and various Federation products will also be expected.


Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 5 years experience.

  Prior experience with Oracle Identity or any other identity management product a must.

  Must have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to multitask and have solid project management skills.

  Experience with Java, J2EE, XML and Oracle PL/SQL a must.

  Solid understanding of access, identity management, single sign on, and security concepts.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills.

  Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services a plus.

Work Location: New York, Tri-State area, Boston, Mass. area and Chicago area. Will involve limited travel.

SENIOR SUN IDENTITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER:

The ideal candidate must be an expert in SUN JAVA Identity Management System (former Waveset Lighthouse) and XPRESS language. The successful candidate, as an engineer of the development team, using industry's best practices will be responsible for building a resource adapters, integrating role-based access control, single sign-on, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with the existing applications and systems. Must have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task while working independently. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment to resolve problems and implement change in a timely manner.

Must have BS Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent, 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of the Web development experience using J2EE, XML, SPML, and the LDAP. Must be an expert in integrating SUN JAVA Identity Management System with various multi-platform applications using XPRESS. Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services a plus.
