Woodgrain Millwork; a wood products manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to serve in its Corporate IS help desk group. This is a full-time position providing coverage to domestic central and remote locations..
Job Description:
The Help Desk Specialist would provide direct telephone support for PC, hardware/software, TCP/IP Networking, ERP, core computing applications, voice mail and telephone systems. This position will require incumbents to work M-F weekday schedules to cover 8-hour call support from EST to PST time zones.
Job Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong commitment to quality service. Knowledge of Microsoft networks, Windows XP, MS Server 2003, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint), and Outlook E-Mail. A minimum of one year of specific computer training or equivalent certifications is desired with one-year end-user support experience preferred.
