Information Security and Network Services Senior Consultants / Managers

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for experienced security professionals.  Ideal candidates must possess exemplary written and oral communication skills with complementary versatile technical aptitude.  While Sunera cultivates a team based approach to all engagements, candidates must be considered subject matter experts (SME's) in at least one or more of the following disciplines:Penetration Testing· Network and web application technologies
· Source Code Analysis (SCA)

Scripting / Application DevelopmentWindows or Linux system administrationDatabase AdministrationStrong knowledge of open-source and commercial security applicationsSocial Engineering Physical SecurityPerimeter security devicesEvent monitoring and file integrity solutionsWireless and RFID technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:The ability to manage and mentor junior staff with the common goal of the successful delivery of information security services.Ability to create, develop and demonstrate simulated attacks that exploit discovered weaknesses and document the method of attack, perceived risk, and anticipated remediation effort.Must be able to write quality deliverables and effectively communicate discovered vulnerabilities, security requirements, remediation techniques and risk to all levels of management.Ability to foster and grow new and existing client relationships through client-focused service and support.

 QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in good standing required, additional technical/security certifications a plus.Demonstrated technical experience (3+ years Senior Consultant, 5-7+ years Manager) in security operations or related consulting.Versatile exposure to disparate programming languages, technologies, and architectures.Familiarity with regulatory standards including PCI, HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley.Excellent troubleshooting & analytical abilities.Desire to learn new technologies and/or analysis techniques.Strong interpersonal communication abilities.A commitment to teamwork.Travel, as needed, up to 50%.
