Information Specialist

We are looking for Information Specialists to support the NMCI project in the Quantico, VA, San Diego,Ca; Pearl Harbor, HI and Norfolk, Va.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to provide full support for systems. 

- Ability to troubleshoot issues on IT systems. 

- Ability to make recommendations for solutions to repair IT systems.

- Ability to determine appropriate tools to meet user requirements. 

- Ability to follow procedural guidelines. 

- Ability to respond to and resolve inquiries and concerns. 

- Ability to be a team leader/mentor to teammates. 

- Ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum/General Experience: 3-5 years information management and technology. Successful candidates should have experience with Excel spreadsheets; Invoicing services; and asset management.

****The qualified applicant should have a solid background with a focus on the following: EMC SAN/NAS; Net App SAN/NAS; ECC; EMC Smarts; Rainfinity; and Netbackup. *****

Final Secret Clearance Required.  Overtime may be required.

Minimum Education: BS preferred, or directly related experience equivalent to degree.

Skills required include: MS Exchange, Windows 2000, MS Outlook and Windows NT Systems Admin.
